1. Agreement
By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an application.
These terms are between you and Prestige Detailing LLC, operating as Prestige Detailing ("Prestige Detailing," "we," "us").
2. Who may apply
To apply, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reside in Hidalgo County, Texas
- Be applying on your own behalf, using your own information
3. This is an application, not an offer
Nothing on this website and nothing in the application process is a job offer, a promise of employment, a contract of employment, or a guarantee of an interview, a test day, or compensation.
Submitting an application does not obligate us to contact you, interview you, or hire you. We may close a position, change its requirements, or stop hiring at any time.
If you are hired, your employment is at will. Either you or Prestige Detailing may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Nothing on this website changes that, and no manager or employee has authority to promise otherwise except in a written agreement signed by an owner.
4. Accuracy of what you submit
You agree that everything you enter is true, accurate, and complete, and that it describes you.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including about your license, driving record, criminal history, or work history — is grounds for immediate disqualification, and for termination if it is discovered after you are hired.
5. Files you upload
You are responsible for what you upload. By uploading photographs of your driver's license and an introduction video, you confirm that:
- The license is yours and is currently valid
- The video is of you, recorded by you or with your permission
- No other person appears in your video without their knowledge
- Nothing you upload infringes anyone else's rights
You grant us permission to store, view, and internally reproduce your uploaded license images and video for the sole purpose of evaluating your application and maintaining our hiring records. We will not publish them, post them, share them publicly, or use them in any advertising or marketing. This permission ends when we delete the files under our retention schedule.
We may remove any upload that appears fraudulent, unlawful, or unrelated to a job application.
6. Recording and image capture consent
The application requires you to photograph your driver's license and to record or upload a video of yourself. You consent to that capture and to our storage of those files as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not perform facial recognition, voiceprint analysis, or any other biometric processing on these files, and we do not use automated systems to score them.
7. Things you may not do
You may not:
- Submit an application for someone else, or impersonate anyone
- Submit repeated or automated applications
- Scrape, crawl, or use bots against this site
- Attempt to access our admin pages, other applicants' data, or any part of the system you are not authorized to use
- Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site
- Reverse-engineer how applications are scored, or attempt to manipulate the scoring

9. Availability
We provide this site as is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that saved drafts will always be recoverable, or that uploads will always succeed. If the application fails for you, email us and we will take your information another way.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Prestige Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prestige Detailing and its owners and employees from any claim arising out of your misuse of this site, your submission of false information, or your uploading of content you did not have the right to upload.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
13. Resolve it with us first
Before filing anything, email sales@prestigedetailingrgv.com describing the problem. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Most issues do not need lawyers.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after we post an update means you accept the updated terms.
15. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
